Stuart has 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles with teams of 15 - 90 people, spanning well known names in insurance, financial services and social housing plus a little experience within manufacturing. Most of the companies he has worked with provide products and services directly to their customers so work typically revolves around the customer experience and often includes contact centre and digital customer service technology as well as line of business / ERP type systems.

He is passionate about what technology can do for a company so his focus has been on the "transformational" and strategic side of things. Rather than being a pure technologist he takes a keen interest in the business, their customers and the components for success beyond the applications themselves.

He is a qualified coach (ILM Level 5) and seeks to build resourcefulness and capability within the people he works with for self-sufficiency.

He is also the owner of a luxury holiday let in the English Lake District. It wasn't like that when he bought and he did an extensive renovation and remodelling project which he was hands-on with. While he may not list property renovation as a hobby, it appeals to his practical creative side and this wasn't his first or his last!

If asked he would probably tell you he loves to be active and lists his hobbies as outdoors activities such as cycling, hiking, photography and the time he spends with his family.
